Handmade 1/20 Scale Train: CNJ Camelbacks and Heavyweights
Pete's train is special. He makes each locomotive and car to exacting detail. The handmade wooden track features sidings and working turntables. Power is applied by hand. A long stick is connected to the locomotive, and pushed along. This train is a big hit with the little ones, and along with being at our club, is occasionally seen at the Pine Creek Railway in Allaire State Park.
The boiler and can are made from sheet steel salvaged from regular tin cans.
